This website provides early information about Reality Relay concepts, research and potential products. It does not constitute a product warranty, commercial offer or commitment to deliver a particular feature, performance level or release date.
Concept material
Visuals and descriptions may represent concepts, research directions or intended outcomes rather than final commercial hardware. Technical architectures and specifications may change as development continues.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Reality Relay reserves all rights in the original website content, identity elements and materials. Third-party materials, if any, remain the property of their respective owners. No license is granted except the limited right to view the website for lawful purposes.
Pilot applications
Submitting a pilot application does not create a partnership, customer relationship, confidentiality obligation or commitment to accept, build or fund a pilot. Do not submit trade secrets, sensitive personal information or confidential technical material through the form. Any pilot that proceeds will be governed by a separate written agreement.
Free Platform and usage credits
Platform account access is currently free. Uploading, organizing, playback and device management do not use Reality Relay credits. Metered services such as AI generation, conversion or enhancement may use credits. The exact credit charge is shown before a metered request is submitted. Reality Relay may add, remove or change metered services and rates prospectively; a changed rate does not alter credits already in an organization balance.
Each organization currently receives a one-time welcome grant of 100 credits. Additional credits are sold at the rate displayed in the Platform, currently 100 credits for one U.S. dollar, in the fixed purchase amounts shown at checkout. Only an authorized organization Owner may buy credits. Credits belong to the organization workspace, are not legal tender, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred outside that organization. Purchased credits currently have no scheduled expiration.
A credit purchase is effective only after Reality Relay receives a verified, replay-protected payment confirmation. Except where required by law or expressly agreed by Reality Relay, completed credit purchases are non-refundable. Failed or canceled generation jobs are designed to return their reserved credits automatically; an uncertain provider submission may require reconciliation before a credit decision can be made. Refunds, charge reversals or disputes may remove the corresponding credits and can produce a negative balance if credits were already used. A negative or insufficient balance blocks new metered work but does not cancel the free Platform account.
Hardware pilots, installations and custom deployment work are not purchased with Platform credits and are governed by separate written agreements.
Third-party payment services
Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's applicable terms and privacy policy. Reality Relay does not receive or store complete card numbers. Payment-provider availability, verification and risk controls may affect checkout.
Community submissions
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Reality Relay Community. You represent that you own the content or have all licenses, permissions, releases and consents necessary to upload it, display it publicly and grant the license you select. Do not submit confidential material, content that violates another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights, malware, unlawful content, or material involving a minor without documented authority and appropriate consent.
By submitting content for review, you grant Reality Relay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transcode, inspect, moderate, preview, display and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure and promote the Community and honor the download permission and license you selected. You may withdraw a listing prospectively, but copies already lawfully downloaded remain governed by the license shown when downloaded.
Community submissions are not public automatically. Reality Relay may reject, remove, restrict or preserve evidence of content or accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, rights enforcement, legal compliance or platform integrity. Presence Check and moderation reduce risk but are not warranties that content is accurate, safe, non-infringing or suitable for every physical installation. Users must independently confirm that a release and its license fit their intended use.
Copyright and reports
Rights holders and affected people may report Community content through the available reporting tools or by emailing info@realityrelay.com. Include the listing URL, the basis for the report and reliable contact information. Reality Relay may request additional information before acting.
